PRE-TREATMENT BODY SCULPTING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Avoid eating heavy meals on the day of your treatment. DO NOT eat for two hours before your treatment time.

  • DRINK WATER! Drinking plenty of water is critical to aid in the flushing out of broken-down fat excreted through your lymphatic system. Drink at least two liters of water the day before your treatment!

  • DO NOT consume ANY caffeine, alcohol, or carbonated drinks the day before treatment.

  • DO NOT fast, or your body will go into "starvation mode" and become more resistant to releasing stored fat. Instead, speak with your practitioner about a healthy diet and appropriate supplements such as Vitamin B Complex to help your body detox.

  • DO NOT wear lotion or any products on the area we are treating.

  • Shave any body hair on the area we are treating.

  • Wear comfortable clothing for your treatment, like leggings.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND POST-TREATMENT

  • Wearing a waist trainer or any form of shape-wear after each session can maximize results!

  • Swelling, itching, and minor pain are normal post-treatment. Call your doctor if these symptoms last long-term or get significant.

  • You may see results as early as two weeks but do not be discouraged if you don't. Full results can take 1-3 months to finalize. The body will continue to excrete fat cells up to six months post-treatment.

CANNOT HAVE ULTRASOUND CAVITATION

  • Pregnant

  • Breastfeeding

  • HIV/AIDS

  • Cancer (all forms)

  • Undergoing chemotherapy or immune therapy

  • Immunodeficiency

  • Lupus

  • High blood pressure (uncontrolled)

  • Diabetes (uncontrolled)

  • Prednisone and other steroid medications (treatment will increase inflammation)

  • Heart problems or diseases

  • Kidney damage, diseases or problems

  • Liver damage, diseases or problems

  • Haemorrhagic disease, trauma or bleeding

  • Numb or insensitive to heat

  • Active implanted device such as pacemaker or defibrillator

NEED A DOCTOR'S APPROVAL LETTER

  • Epilepsy

  • Transplant Anti-Rejection Drugs

  • Thyroid Disease

  • Heart Disease

  • Hypertension (High blood pressure treated with medication)

  • Cancer - after 12 months

WAITING PERIOD BEFORE TREATMENT

  • Recent surgery (wait 6 months)

  • Recent scars (wait 6 months)

  • Open lesions (avoid area)

  • Skin diseases (avoid area)

  • Infection (avoid area)

  • Antibiotics (wait until course completed)

  • Inflammation (avoid area)

  • Varicose veins (avoid area)

  • Prosthesis/silicone implants (avoid area)

  • Metal implants/screws (avoid area)

  • Menstrual Period (wait until after)

  • Metal contraceptive coil (avoid area)

  • Depilatory creams (wait 2 weeks)

  • Areas being treated with IPL or Laser (wait 2 weeks)

  • Areas being treated with Botox® (wait 3 months) or dermal fillers (wait 2 weeks)

  • Suntan (sun must be avoided the entire duration of the treatment regime)

  • Chronic inflammation (depending on the severity of chronic inflammatory conditions - consider that treatment will increase inflammation and anti-inflammatory medications reduce the effectiveness of the treatment - please discuss with your doctor first.

  • Prawns, salad, full-fat mayo, or a small amount of full-fat coleslaw

  • Tin tuna, 2 eggs, salad, and full-fat mayo

Dinner Options

  • Baked chicken and veggies

  • Peppers stuffed with baby tomatoes and mozzarella roasted in the oven with a salad

Snack Options

  • omelets

  • Sugar-Free Soda (minimal amount)

  • Water

  • Milk (not too much)

  • Gin & Vodka (also okay to mix with sugar-free drinks/ limited amount)

  • Minimal Tea & Coffee with sweeteners

  • Full-fat Mayo (limited amount)

Food You Cannot Have

  • Fruit

  • Bread

  • Pasta

  • Rice

  • Cake

  • Pastries

  • Potatoes, Swede, Parsnips

  • Sweets & Sugar

  • Chocolate

  • Beer

  • Crisps/ Chips

  • Sauces
