I had a wonderful experience! I am a mom and I am always on the go. I walked into this place and instantly felt a weight off of my shoulders. The music was so relaxing, and the vibe was unique. The lymphatic massage was excellent and everything after. she explained everything down to a T so I knew what did what. The best part about it was the before and after pics I have definitely seen a big difference. I definitely will be returning for more sessions. If you're always busy and don't have time to do diets and workouts, this is the best and fastest alternative to lose a few inches before the big day!

The ladies are kind, fun, and welcoming. The facilities are clean and sanitary. The ambiance is very beautiful and relaxing. Book your appointment ASAP!!!! I just wanted to try cavitation but I came out learning so much about my body. How to treat it better, what to do about stubborn fat, etc.

I have been struggling with belly fat after my second child. Throughout the years my weight has fluctuated. Finally thought I needed a little help. I wanted to try something noninvasive. I saw some videos online about lymphatic drainage and thought maybe this could be a first step, I was a bit skeptical, maybe this wouldn’t work. I saw Capture your Curves in the neighborhood. I called and booked a consultation. I met Maxine, she was extremely nice and understood a woman’s body. She immediately said that I looked inflamed. She is affordable and willing to work with your budget to get the best results for you. In my first session I saw immediate results. My skin tightened and my bra and belly puffiness went down.
